Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes:
    •    Panties
    •    Bodysuits
    •    Sets
    •    Sale items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify Kimpee Lingerie within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos/videos.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    •    If approved, the item may be replaced or credited at Kimpee Lingerie’s discretion.
