2. Delivery Time
    •    Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared.
    •    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing
    •    Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
    •    Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Kimpee Lingerie is not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect address details.

5. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once the courier has picked up your order.

6. Risk and Liability
    •    Once your order is handed over to the courier, the risk passes to the customer.
    •    Kimpee Lingerie is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit.

7. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, additional courier fees may apply for redelivery.
